NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS CALLING FOR BIDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT 2299 PACIFIC AVANUE LLC., hereinafter referred to as Owner, will receive up to, but not later than 10:00 a.m., February 15, 2024, sealed bids for the award of a Contract for:
Commercial Building to Childcare Facility
2299 Pacific Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90806
The work includes, but is not limited to, tenant improvement work for building, site, public right of ways improvement adjoining the property.
All bids shall be made and presented on a form furnished in bid document. Bids shall be received in the offices of Architects McDonald, Soutar & Paz, Inc.. Bids can be dropped off or mailed via courier/fedex/ups, etc. at 3575 Long Beach Blvd., Long Beach, CA 90807. Mailed bids must be stamped and received by the required date / time.
Each bid must conform and be responsive to the Bid Documents, drawings and specifications, copies of which are available at ARC website
Bidders should call ARC at (562) 436-9761 one day in advance of pickup to reserve a bid packet.
A MANDATORY JOB WALK will be held on Monday, January 8, 2024, 10:00 a.m. at2299 Pacific Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90806
Any bidder submitting a bid in response to this RFB is invited to attend and fully inform himself prior to bidding as to existing conditions and limitations under which the work is to be performed. No allowance will be made to a bidder because of lack of such examination or knowledge. All laborers and mechanics employed or working upon the site of the Work will be paid unconditionally and not less often than prescribed by law.
Required License Classification “A” & “B” .
Clause: This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program.
