PLANT ESTABLISHMENT PERIOD (PEP)

NOTICE is hereby given that Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) will receive Bids until January 18, 2024 at 2:00 PM, for the above project.

 

For purposes of this Contract, the Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to maintain the landscaping features within Caltrans’ right of way during the Year 2 and Year 3 Plant Establishment Period (PEP) for the US 101/Blossom Hill Road Interchange Improvement Project

 

Required Licenses: California issued Class A (General Engineering) or Class B (General Building) or Class C27 (Landscaping).

 

The estimated cost of construction for the Project is in the range of $480,000 to $550,000.

 

The Project will also require the Bidder to have the following minimum experience:

  • Contractor to be experienced and have performed landscape work on the State of California highways the past 5 years.

 

A Bidder can demonstrate this experience through either its subcontractor, key personnel or the entity as a whole.
