The Gwinnett Housing Corporation (GHC) was awarded grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Healthy Homes Program grant in order to facilitate home modifications for eligible Gwinnett County homeowners and renters who have home health or safety hazards. GHC needs General Contractors for repair/rehabilitation work of homes over the next 3 years. The repairs will generally be no more than $10,000. Priority will be given to Minority and Women owned businesses. If you are a GC and interested, please email the Grants Manager at tiffani@gwinnetthousing.org.

This project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns are encouraged to apply.
