Delivery: Design-Build

Provide professional Master Architect/Engineer services as required for the Rio Vista Estuarine Research Station.

All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional licensed in the State of California.

The estimated cost of construction for the projects is $40,000,000 – $60,000,000.
