Notice Summary:

Agents of Change invites general contractors to bid on an ADA construction project in Los Angeles CA 90035. The project is located in City of Los Angeles in Council District 5. This project includes, but not limited to, constructing ADA improvements such as ramps, accessible bathrooms, accessible doorway openings, and kitchen area accessibility. This is a CDBG funded project and is a federal Davis Bacon and State of California prevailing wage opportunity. BID packages will be available at a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference that is scheduled for September 11, 2024 at 10am at 3580 Wilshire Blvd. 9^th Floor Conference Room, Los Angeles, CA 90010. The contractor or their representative may attend the conference in person. Bids are due at 3pm on October 2, 2024 2024 via email at rebecca@castla.org.
