Motorized Door and Gate Preventative Maintenance

NOTICE is hereby given that Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) will receive Bids until October 8, 2024 at 2:00 PM, for the above project.

For purposes of this Contract, Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to service, repair, and replacement services for all motorized door and Gate at all VTA’s locations throughout Santa Clara County.

The total term of the Contract, including one (1) base and six (6) Option Years, will not exceed seven (7) years. The estimated cost for the Project is in the range of

$2,876,000.00 to $3,890,000.00.

The Bidder itself, as the prime contractor, must possess a California issued Class A (General Engineering Contractor) or Class B (General Building) must have the sub- license & self-perform, C-61/D-28 (Limited Specialty - Doors, Gates and Activating Devices). A Bidder may fulfill these license requirements either by itself or in conjunction with licenses held by subcontractors of any tier.
