Notice to Bidders
Riverwood Grove Associates, a California Limited Partnership, is seeking qualified Contractors to submit bids on Riverwood Grove located at 2150 Tasman Drive, Santa Clara, CA 95054.
Riverwood Grove is a 71-unit multifamily community with five (5) one-to-three-story apartment buildings. The scope of work consists of the following:
1. Replace electrical sub-panels with new 125Amp rated, 30-space sub-panels that can accommodate a future renovation to an all-electric building in each unit (total 71 units), and community room.
2. Install new 125A#02/0 AL SER feeders to each new Sub-Panel.

This project will be funded by Federal CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) from the City of Santa Clara. The successful low bidder will be required to comply with all applicable federal CDBG regulations, including, but not limited to Federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates as well as Section 3 requirements. A Bid Bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful low bidder must be a California-licensed Contractor and must furnish a Performance Bond in the bid amount.
A Bid Submission and Opening of the sealed Bids will be held on October 21st, 2024, and the time is 3:00 PM and will be read aloud on-site. Sealed bids are to be hand-delivered to ATTN: Hien Schmidt at 303 Vintage Park Drive, Suite 250, Foster City, CA 94404. Any bids received after the bid due date will not be accepted.
