Joel Kennedy Constructing Corp., 40 Noll Street, Waukegan, IL 60085, (847)360-8080, Fax (847)360-8092, is seeking qualified DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise), MBE (Minority Business Enterprise), WBE (Women Business Enterprise) and BEPD (Business Owned by a Person with a Disability) businesses for the 2025 Lead Water Service Replacement Program, for the City of Naperville. Subcontracting opportunities include: Trucking, Plumbing, Concrete Flatwork, HMA, Landscaping, and Traffic Control. Supplier opportunities include: Copper pipe and brass water service fittings.
