Joel Kennedy Constructing Corp., 40 Noll Street, Waukegan, IL 60085, (847)360-8080, Fax (847)360-8092, is seeking qualified DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise), MBE (Minority Business Enterprise), WBE (Women Business Enterprise), PBE (Persons with Disability Business Enterprise) and WMBE (Women/Minority Business Enterprise) businesses for the 2024 Lead Service Line Replacement Project, for the Village of River Forest.
