JFM Real Estate Development is seeking BIDS from all interested parties for ALL SITE SUB CONTRACTOR TRADES for the rehabilitation of Oakdale Commons located at 601 Harry L Dr, Johnson City, NY 13790.
Bid due date: October 16th at 3:00 pm for private opening. Apparent low bidders will be contacted for clarifications and best efforts will be made for an award of the contract within two weeks of bid.

Notes:
1) Specifically looking concrete sidewalk & curb, slip form curb, asphalt, soil stabilization, electrical for site lighting and material suppliers. JFM will be performing all the excavating, trenching, backfill, grading and pipe laying.
2) Special emphasis on MWBE & SDVOB Contractors – Please specify if you are certified with NYS.
3) The Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises utilization goal is 30%. All qualified MWBE’s are strongly considered to submit proposals.
4) There are no drawings or specifications for this project. We will be matching Phase I specs. Please contact Mitch Cromer for an exhibit to show scope of work.
5) Special Inspection will be on the CM to hire third party.
6) Expected construction duration of 10-12 months
7) Building permit by owner.
8) Anticipated start date is October 2024 or as soon as possible.
9) All work to meet all local, state, federal, and OSHA codes, regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
10) All work to be per industry recommended procedures and standards.
