Contractor’s License Required for the Work: Class A General Engineering or Class B General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work. Any Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law.
The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: removal and replacement of 3000A switchgear at AP Giannini Middle School, new construction of infrastructure, and design and installation of temporary power during de-energization. The estimated construction value is $1.400,000.00.
Prevailing Wage: The work described is pursuant to California Labor Codes 1770 and 1771.
Project Labor Agreement: This project is a SFUSD 2016 Bond Program Project Labor Agreement Project
Job-Walks. There will be one job walk as indicated below. Attendance at one publicly noticed* job walk is a MANDATORY requirement to bid for General Contractors. All attendees are required to sign-in to be acknowledged to be in attendance and eligible to bid.

Job Walk Wednesday October 30, 2024, 10:00 A.M
Bidders shall meet at AP Giannini Middle School, 3151 Ortega Street, San Francisco, CA, 94122 at the date and time for the Job Walk. Bidders shall meet at the main on Ortega Street.
