Swallow Construction, located at 490 Topsoil Drive, West Chicago, IL 60185, is seeking disadvantaged business enterprises for subcontracting opportunities related to Water Main and Sanitary Sewer Extensions for the City of Marengo. Areas of subcontracting include Asphalt Paving, Landscaping, Trucking, Striping, Traffic Control, and Concrete.
