Skilled Residents are encouraged to submit their contact information to be considered for
Section 3 employment opportunities. Go to https://ha.internationaleprocurement.com and click on the blue Section 3 Economic Opportunity box and Section 3 Resident Registration link. Select California (CA) from the state drop down box and select the Housing Authority of the City and County of San Francisco. Find the link to your development (if your development is not listed, contact the Authority Contact person at the email listed above with the name of your development and it will be added. Fill in and submit the Section 3 Resident Registration form at no cost.
