Joel Kennedy Constructing Corp. is seeking qualified disadvantaged businesses, MBE (Minority Business Enterprise), WBE (Women Business Enterprise), and WMBE (Women/Minority Business Enterprise) businesses, for the Lead Service Replacement Project – Contract 2, for the City of Aurora. Subcontracting opportunities include: Trucking, Plumbing, Concrete Flatwork, HMA, Landscaping, and Traffic Control. Supplier opportunities include: Copper pipe and brass water service fittings.
