San Francisco Unified School District

 

Balboa HS & Galileo HS – PA System Upgrades Package 3

PROJECT NO: 12382

 

BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 2:00  P.M. LOCAL TIME ON DECEMBER 18TH, 2024

TIMELY BIDS WILL BE OPENED AT 2:00  P.M. LOCAL TIME

Contractor’s License Required for the Work: Class B, General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work Data cabling, fiber, and low-voltage system work must be performed by C-7 licensed contractor. Conduit and electrical work to be performed by C-10 licensed contractor Any Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law.

 

The Project is generally described as including but not limited to:

Public Address System Upgrades including associated cabling, integrated clock-bell devices, wall speakers, exterior speakers and head-end equipment.Project Labor Agreement:  All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA.

 

The estimated construction is $4,500,000.00

Prevailing Wage: The work described is pursuant to California Labor Codes 1770 and 1771.
