Request for Qualifications for Construction Services for
Adventist Health White Memorial East and South Buildings Seismic and Non-Seismic Retrofit FEMA Project:

Adventist Health (AH) Office of Design and Construction is seeking qualification for general contractors to provide construction service related to AH White Memorial East and South Buildings Seismic and Non-Seismic Retrofit Project (DR-4407-161-61R).  This project will be partially funded through FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.  Proposals should be prepared simply and economically providing a straightforward and concise description of the Respondent’s ability to meet the requirements of the RFQ.  They become the property of AH once reviewed whether awarded or rejected.  Firms responding should have experience with HCAi, federally funded programs, seismic retrofit work and be licensed to practice in California.  All proposals shall include references. AH reserves the right to contact any of the references included in the proposal submitted as well as the representatives of any of the projects submitted under experience.  The intent of this RFQ is to determine the most qualified firm(s) interested in this project.  The RFQs are due January 15, 2025 by 3:00 PM. The most Qualified construction firms will be invited for the RFP process.  Small Businesses, Minority-Owned Firms and Women’s Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit qualifications.
