Notice to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)

Pacific Construction Services LLC, located at 5511 N Cumberland Ave, Suite 608, Chicago, IL 60656, is seeking qualified disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs) for subcontracting opportunities in the
Village of Shorewood Lake Water Receiving Facilities project, located in Shorewood, IL.

Evaluation Method:
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Price – Competitive pricing will be an important factor in the selection process.
• Experience and Past Performance – Proposals will be reviewed for experience in similar projects and demonstrated success in previous work.
• Capacity and Resources – The ability to complete the scope of work within the project timeline will be carefully considered.
• Commitment to DBE Participation – Priority will be given to certified DBEs actively seeking subcontracting opportunities.

These evaluation criteria ensure all proposals are assessed fairly, objectively, and without exclusionary practices.

Plans and specifications for the Village of Shorewood Lake Water Receiving Facilities project are attached for review. The plans outline the full scope of work and technical requirements for the project, which will be used to guide and inform proposal submissions.
