FOR CONSTRUCTION OF

City of Richmond, CSO Outfall 021 and Outfalls 040#1/15 Improvements (ARPA)
Richmond, Virginia

Project Description:

Clark Water, LLC is soliciting proposals from MBE/WBE and Disadvantaged subcontractors and suppliers for the City of Richmond:

 

The work to be completed under this Contract includes the following along with all appurtenant work for complete installation at CSO Outfalls 021, 40#1, and 015: A. The work at CSO Outfall 021 includes, but is not limited to, the following: Installation of erosion and sediment control measures and site security features; bypass pumping; construction of a new cast in place concrete regulator structure with gates, trash rack, hatches, orifice plate, electrical gear and instrumentation, and controls; installation of a new manhole and piping and tying into an existing CSO structure; system startup and training for all new equipment; cleanup, site restoration; all other appurtenances and related work. The work at CSO Outfall 040#1 includes but is not limited to the following: Installation of erosion and sediment control measures and site security features; clearing of trees and installation of temporary bike path; bypass pumping; construction of a new regulator structure with appurtenant actuated gates, pumps, electrical gear and instrumentation, and controls; installation of new electrical conduit, wiring, handholds, and utility service disconnect for power service to structure; system startup and training for all new equipment; installation of new security fencing and gates; other appurtenances and related work required; removal of temporary bike path; cleanup, site restoration. C. The work at CSO 15 includes but is not limited to the following: Installation of erosion and sediment control measures and site security features; bypass pumping; demolition of the existing Brown and Brown regulator, grout, and orifice plate; construction of a full-height wall and installation of an orifice plate; installation of access hatch; cleanup, site restoration; all other appurtenances and related work required to complete the project. D. Hiking trail rehabilitation which may include the following: Filling in section of the trail adjacent to existing storm water concrete structure extending above ground; filling in severely uneven sections of the trail; rebuilding a section of trail that was washed out; removing several rock boulders that are causing an obstruction; removing debris from existing stream; repairing low-level wooden pedestrian bridge.

Scopes of work include, but are not limited to:

Demolition, Process Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls, Asphalt, Concrete, Rebar, Concrete Pumping, Metals, Aggregate Suppliers, Trucking/Hauling, Fencing, Bypass Pumping
