Luther Burbank Interim Housing Project

PROJECT NO: 12338

 

BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 2:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME ON FEBRUARY 12, 2025

TIMELY BIDS WILL BE OPENED AT 2:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME

Contractor’s License Required for the Work: Class B, General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification. Any Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law.

 

The Project is generally described as including but not limited to:

Selective demolition, site preparation, grading, trenching, utility extension and connection to 9 new classroom and 1 new restroom interim housing units.

 

The estimated construction is $1,500,000.00

 

Prevailing Wage: The work described is pursuant to California Labor Codes 1770 and 1771.
