Joel Kennedy Constructing Corp., 40 Noll Street, Waukegan, IL 60085, (847)360-8080, Fax (847)360-8092, is seeking qualified DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise), MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) and WBE (Women Business Enterprise) businesses for the 2025 Lead Water Service Replacements Project – Phase II, for the Village of Brookfield. Subcontracting opportunities include: Trucking, Plumbing, Concrete Flatwork, HMA Paving, Landscaping, and Traffic Control. Supplier opportunities include: Copper pipe and brass water service fittings.
