385 Airport Road, Suite 100, Elgin, IL 60123, is seeking Protected Class, Disadvantaged and Veteran Owned Businesses (PCE, DBE, MBE, WBE, SBE, VBE, VOSB, SDVOSB) for: Lead Service Line Replacement Project – Phase 1, Riverside, IL_IEPA.

Subcontracting opportunities for:

The removal and replacement of lead water service lines. Interested and qualified protected class disadvantaged and veteran businesses (PCE, DBE, MBE, WBE, SBE, VBE, VOSB, SDVOSB) should contact, IN WRITING, (certified letter, return receipt requested), IHC Construction to discuss the project.
