2024 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

General Notice

Grant Water and Sanitation District (District) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

2025 Capital Improvements Project

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of Martin/Martin, Inc. located at 12499 West Colfax Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80125, until Monday, March 17^th, 2025, at 4:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be opened and a summary of bids received will be emailed to all Bidders afterward.

The Project includes the following Work:

Removal and replacement of approximately 480 LF of sanitary sewer mains and removal and replacement of approximately 480 LF of underdrain mains in the same trench as the sanitary sewer mains; including all associated excavation, service line reconnections, pipe bedding, backfill, asphalt patch-back, landscaping replacement and site/traffic control. Principal work is within Jefferson County and the City of Lakewood, Colorado.

Prospective Bidders may obtain the Bidding Documents by contacting Justin Meeks, PE at the Issuing Office phone number above. Bidding Documents will be available starting Monday, March 3^rd, 2025. Bidding Documents will be available Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
