INVITATION TO BID

Senac South Metropolitan District No. 1 (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

TRAILS AT OVERLAND RANCH SUBDIVISION FILING NO. 1

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at joseph@contourservices.com, until Tuesday, April 1^st  at 2 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be opened via a Microsoft Teams (link, to be provided upon request).

The Project includes the following Work:

Trails at Overland Ranch Subdivision Filing No. 1 – Utilities (Sanitary, Watermain, Storm) and Retaining Walls

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project will be available electronically on March 4th, 2024. Send request for bid documents to Joseph Fritz, joseph@contourservices.com., 720-724-5206. Include company name, contact name and contact information in the request.

Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Construction Manager will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

No pre-bid conference will be held

For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.

Bidders are hereby advised the Owner reserves the right to not award a Contract until sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Bids, and Bidders expressly agree to keep their Bids open for the sixty (60) day time period.  Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any Bid, to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional or alternate Bids, to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, to require statements or evidence of Bidders’ qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is, in the opinion of the Owner, in its best interest.  Owner also reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum if it appears in its interest to do so.
