East Valley Metropolitan District

2025 Capital Improvements Project – Arapahoe Frontage Road 6” Water Line

Sealed Bid(s) for the above-referenced Project will be received via email at steve@purringtoncivil.com up to and including MAY 16, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. Any Bid(s) received after the above-specified date and time will not be considered.

Contract Documents, complete with plans and specifications, are available upon request for no charge from Steve Homer at steve@purringtoncivil.com. Documents will be provided electronically via a Dropbox link or email attachment. Questions about the project can be sent to Steve Homer at steve@purringtoncivil.com up to and including MAY 1, 2025, at 5:00 P.M.

All Bid prices must be held firm for 90 days following the Bid due date and, if awarded, the Contract, Bonds and Proof of Insurance must be provided within 10 days of the Notice of Award. Please see Bid Forms for additional information.

As its best interests may appear, Owner reserves the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional or alternate Bids(s); to reject any or all Bids(s); to waive informalities, technicality or irregularity in any Bid(s); to require statements or evidence of Bidder’s qualifications such as financial data, previous experience, and authority to conduct business in the jurisdiction where the Project is located; and to accept the Bid that is in the opinion of the Owner in its best interest. Owner reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum. Basis of award will be the lowest responsive and responsible bid as determined by Owner.

The Owner is a governmental entity and is exempt from Colorado sales and use tax.

A general statement of the Project is as follows:

Creation of water main to loop a portion of the East Valley Metropolitan District’s existing water system in Arapahoe County, Colorado.

Completion deadline is September 30^th, 2025.
